Provider-owned booking
Payment, cancellation, changes and refunds follow the booking provider’s terms. Do not enter card details on Naimra. For a booking issue, contact the provider listed in your confirmation.
Responsible use
Do not use the endpoints for high-volume automated requests or attempts to bypass provider restrictions. Timeouts or request limits may protect the service. Travel-tool availability depends on the provider and connected program.
